With this agnostic approach, we want to offer all charging infrastructure operators the opportunity to switch to the EAAZE platform with their existing hardware, subject to standard market technical requirements.

With numerous cross-platform features, EAAZE supports the interaction between hardware and backend systems, improving error monitoring through AI-supported automated notifications and troubleshooting. EAAZE quickly identifies problems, thereby sustainably improving the economically crucial ‘uptime’ of hardware. To ensure smooth interaction between hardware and software, EAAZE supports various protocols for control, billing, energy management and the management of a wide range of charging station manufacturers, whether wall boxes or hyperchargers. This applies in particular to ensuring and considering data protection requirements and KRITIS requirements.
